It is just happen in small of census workers, not all of them are bad.

There's other employees, outside of census workers do commit crime too.

this is.... a very bizarre case. Wondering if he REALLY have a medical condition that causes him to black out but "morphed" into a split personality. I've heard of this but it is rare.

I am more afraid of banjo playing census workers. The ones who mothers are also their wife's daughter.
 
Since when do Census sorkers knock on the door at 4:30 a.m.? There is all kinds of fishy stuff going on in this article.

He had interviewed them for the census the prior week.

I don't think he knocked on their door for the census the day of the rape.

What are you talking about ! One woman getting rape it on too many! She should sues the government for hiring the SOB! This was my worst concerned when I heard the government was hiring people to take the census! I called about this and asked how safe it was to open your door to a stranger! I was told the person census taker would have name tag and clip broard saying they were a census taker! How the HELL is that going to made it safe to open your door , anyone can made a phony name tag and buy a clipboard! This is horrible that a handicap woman was raped! So that made it ok that other people rape women other than census taker ! I hope the HELL you NEVER get pick for jury duty on a rape case!

Problem with the name tag and clip, anybody can make them and pass off as a "Census Taker."

I know that! But I when I called to ask a question about people going to your house , I was told it was safe to open your door to Census Taker because
they would a name tag and clipboard! I was not going to send mine back.
But when I heard the woman answer , I did not want any "Census Taker"
coming to my home! There are too many crazy people around today!
 
A lady came to my door, I got my glasses and read her name tag front & back....so I did let her in, and it only takes a few minutes....

If it were a man, more than likely we would have stood outside on the porch and I would have not invited him in....

I would not trust a lady either! I mailed mine in ! I think the whole census is really a way for the government to keep tabs on where we're!
