What did you learn today?

According to my roommate who is an avid fan of sushi *gags ever so slightly*, consuming eel has an interesting effect on the human body O_O

....and what might that affect be?

Think Jinxed might be referring to something that would get her going bonkers a bit if she ate the eel and probably zing it up or be h-o-r-n-y... either way.. lol

dont you meant oysters? and better yet oysters and chocolate combined? (oops lol) now you might actually learn from this

(Nods at Sharky) But I can't find any sources to back it up so I do not know if it's a fact... but then again.. I'm too lazy to google since I'm running on a few hours of sleep X_X

Aw sowwies :( I used to think it was water until a few months ago  did you fancy a sip?

I had WAY more than some sips. Drank it on fire and some shots along with tequila and god knows what else. Needless to say, I feel awful!

I learned that I did not have TSNHD and TSN2 on my channel list as they were supposedly part of my new Digital VIP package. :mad2: I am going to give Rogers Cable shit today.

i learned how to dance "jerk"...

thanks to 3 middle school girls (2 girls were crazy over me, thats normal for their ages.. *laughing*)

im sure you girls do when youre in middle school to stare at teachers (that include guys too).

Our new teacher is a man, we sure know how to warm up to him:giggle:

That ...............

"Mares eat oats and doe's eat oats and little lambs eat ivy
A kid'll eat ivy too, wouldn't you?"

Sorry - couldn't resist! lol

Heard that I am a direct descendant of the father of Pocahontas. My Uncle is a genealogy nut.

Learned it's a bad idea to try to make hotel reservations two weeks in advance during gradation week. :P

I learned that most people (including coworkers) perceive June as a time to vacation, which is absolutely fabulous since their workload is being shoved off on me *note the sarcasm* so I doubt I will have any weekends off next month.

Fortunately, I also learned I don't have to drive to Chico (for court) when my divorce becomes official on June 19th. So I can stare at the clock while I'm on the job and celebrate my liberation with an imaginary glass of champagne, woohoo! Nonalcoholic mind you >_<

Wirelessly posted

I learned how to teach my deaf students email :)

I learned there are still people out there claiming that there are laws and judges that are forcing deaf people to get cochlear implants. What a bunch of :bsflag:

You serious? I thought it was a pack of lies on this issue.

Sounds like a Chinese medicine mythology, not a Japanese thing. Kinda like why wealthy Chinese businessmen pay a lot of money for a tiger penis-- they believe it would give them immense wealth and power comparable to an emperor.

<< Has eaten eels many time, and still haven't felt any effect from it. ;)
