Tactile Fingerspelling -- opinions ?

Hi Im Becca and Im doing a project for my ASL class (we are all hearing)
I need to research what the Deaf community's opinion on tactile fingerspelling is
can anyone help me out ?

I use it all the time as a mode of communication with people who don't know full-blown sign language. Otherwise I prefer full-blown ASL or PSE.

Hello,

I just moved to Burlington, Vermont from Cleveland, Ohio recently a month ago and was wondering if there are any deaf people from Vermont or nearby Burlington? Even Hoh?
State of VT is beautiful but it is death Deaf community. There is no social much during the wintertime and springtime. Only in the summertime, they do have Deaf events like camping and skiing.
