yes I've mentioned about this program many times in kokonut's threads..... which were conveniently ignored :lol:

Saudi Arabia has already launched this program several years ago and it has shown a great promise in rehabilitating terrorists-to-be back to normal people.

Yeah. 80 to 90 percent is so impressive.
 
I'm surprised that it was Saudi Arabia who spearheaded it. They are usually a very Conservative country with little tolerance for wrongdoing.

I think it's a good idea, but it is important to remember that terrorists are smart people. They could just be smiling and nodding their way through the program.

I hope it does solve some problems, though, and I hope they can be rehabilitated.
