Russia considers sending spacecraft to knock asteroid off path

I say we go for it. First Russian spaceship on asteroid. Put Russian flag on it. Lol

If we are going to invest in future expansion into space the next logical step would be server farms on the moon complete with a science city and rocket launch facilities. The greatest random event threat to this enormous investment would be asteriod strikes. Thus we should see this coming asteroid event as an opportunity to establish a skill level. Lets get all over it.

But Asteroid will come scarily close to Earth on April 13, 2029, but it will not hit.

The Cold War is not over

Russia can never be trusted. In order to stay up with what they are doing we have to be involved. This is a space grab opportunity for them.
