I know its been awhile since I have been around but I am back. Please feel free to email me with any issues, I will have a lot of time online. I didn't have a permanent internet connection for awhile and I was accessing the web most of the time via my NEW sidekick lx :) and I was stealing internet from the library across the street. ALAS I have returned and should not have anymore issues with being here a lot.

I hope everyone had a Happy Holiday and continues to stay warm and safe through the new year. AND yes I know, some of you are in very warm places, however I am not that lucky, it is FREEZING in Iowa! :shock:
 
Tell me about the freezing! I put my picture in the pic thread yesterday in front of an eight foot tall snow mound.
 
Oh gosh Bottes! We didn't get as much as you guys did over there but we still got a lot of ice with snow on top of it!! Hope you are staying warm and are able to shovel out of that!!!

My husband is actually working on it right now. :lol: I dream of moderate climates.

Thank you Ocean.. and I am so Jealous! I was hoping to get to Miami for the Iowa hawkeyes football game on January 5th but it looks like I wont be able to make it!! I cant wait for Spring! lol

I hope you do get to go to Miami and root for your team. I totally wish that I can be at Patriot nation today. Its perfect timing without me lol
 
Hey CBE!!! I am moderately lucky..get freezing weather but then again we get days like today where it feels like April with sunshine and a gentle breeze. LOL!

Weather here mildly chilly. Suppose to get even colder later on tonight. get down in the 40s..

Candy - good to see you back. I am also having some mildly warm weather. I am in Florida as well on the east coast. We are going down to the upper 50's tonight, but tomorrow night it should be in the 40's for us.

Today was too warm. snow is all gone out here. I learn that we expect to have more snow tomorrow. :confused:

Hi and welcome back. Hope you are feeling much better. The weather here is warm in the day and cold at night. It snowed Christmas eve, but it melted away leaving only ice topped puddles. Ugh.
 
thanks for the welcome back and well wishes! Glad at least there are some that get warm weather! I swear I am going to move from the midwest one day, lol who am I kidding! I will be here forever, hahaha.. I am however planning another vacation for my birthday in May!
 
Glad to see you back! It's warm here today, the sunshine is "peeking out". But was cold last night....How did that diet go for you? I still have the ingredients for it, but could not do it! But anyhow, I've lost 3 lbs. running around at Xmas shopping and watching what I snack on!
 
robin it went well, I lost 18 total lbs, my mom still says its not healthy but when you work out and do what you are supposed to it works! Im thinking of doing it again after the new year ;) Remember the key to that is getting the ORGANIC lemon, it works best!
 
What organic lemon diet? Inquiring minds want to know..:)

well we have had rain and snow and sleet and freezing rain....now just some snow remains. My aunt is one of the lucky West Coast people....

much holiday activities and dog things going on but am always glad to check back on AD:lol:

Bott take care with all the snow I read your husband was shoveling yesterday, is much left?

Depends on your definition. It is all still here, but he moved it off our driveway and walk.

I think we are supposed to get more this week. :barf: *tired of snow*

I would love to be where you are at now.. I have never seen snow.
