I'm not sure but he wasn't this skinny before. I hope he doesn't have a cancer!!! :(

All joking matters aside:

Not everyone is blessed with good genes.

I am glad I am not as thin as he is, but seeing someone being referred to the Holocaust doesn't resonate well with me since I am on the slim side as well.

True. Although those comments only come out when I go shirtless. :P

I did spend some time looking at his photographs and videos. His clothes play a big illusion. His thinness only become truly evident when he is wearing minimal clothes.

And the fact his face haven't thinned out over the years suggest he probably has been this way for a long time. Otherwise if it is a recent development, his weight loss would had shown on his face as well.
 
Typically comparing someone to the holocaust, in any way, is probably rude.
Yes, he is a very skinny fellow. However, that is probably much healthier than the other end of the spectrum. Lets focus on the comedy!
