Cheney supports Rush because of his emotional appeal and complete lack of logical thought. He dislikes Powell because he is logical and rational. What does that tell you about the RNC? They are simply using more of the emotional manipulation that they employed during the last campaign. It didn't work then and it won't work now. The reason? They have underestimated the American public.
