Director Yuliette Gonzales announces the date and location of the Mr./Miss Deaf Teen America 2009.
The first Deaf Teen America was held in 1999 at Model Secondary School for the Deaf in Washington DC.
The pageant will be hosted on Saturday April 11, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Emerald Theatre in Mount Clemens. (Welcome to the Emerald Theatre)
Tickets Cost $20

He wouldn't need to do the surgery.

Just make sure he "tucks his weinie" in between his legs, put falsies on, and make him up by SFShawn--the AD make-up artist, as a 'Asian Queen' and he would probably win! :lol:
