Hey everyone! I've been thinking about a prom from my school, I ain't make sure if I want to go or not, because I don't have a date. So I told my friend, that I wish I could ask my crush out as a date and he said, "In your dreams." Well I wish...Any suggestions?
 
either find a date or go by yourself. Is this your senior year or will there be more Proms?
 
It won't hurt to ask. As long as you are prepared that she might say no, you have nothing to lose by trying.

Sure, you could help me that out. I like that girl who I crush on since about August, first day of my school. She waved at me and made my day, actually we didn't had our conversations yet, but strange lol.
 
i went to my junior prom with a date, but that was back in 1988. nowadays students go to prom alone or with their friends. times sure have changed since the 80s. :giggle:

Let's see what happened in my junior prom.... oye.. that was what? 10 years ago? or 11. let's see... junior prom... that is.... 11th grade.... hmmm.... who was my junior prom date.. I think it was this unattractive, unpopular, socially-awkward girl (but intelligent) who had a huge crush on me.... so I said yes :cool2:

and we still remain friends to this date. oh btw - she's not unattractive, unpopular, and socially-awkward anymore. she's pretty cool now. life's funny, si? :cool2:

my prom date was actually one of the popular juniors in high school. i knew him since 9th grade and when he asked me to attend prom, i said yes without hesitation. we had a GREAT time and i still talk to him to this day. the only thing about prom that i hated was the theme song: "groovy kind of love" by phil collins. :barf: the entire school voted for the prom theme song and i have absolutely NO idea why they picked that song out of the 10 selections we had to choose from.
