16,700 Jobs lost in one city: Seattle.

Frightening, isn't it? And to think that some people's major concern is still abortion.
 
I even heard about Starbucks here in France... I was pretty surprised/shocked...

I think it's a tough time for everybody and I am more than glad to have a stable job! ;)

Boeing hq isn't in Seattle, its in Chicago and Seattle didn't exactly lose that many jobs in the city limits. The layoffs happens in the metro area and in other states too.

Definately not good for the morale of the city when the Seattle Times headlines it.
