They should develop a BB with Barack OS on it so no one will know how to hack in it or anything like that because it's so rare. :giggle:

it's not just about that. It's because every Obama's emails in his BB will be archived by government as required by law.

Yeah I know. I was just kidding around. :P Ofc, once again...he may have no time with his high tech gadgets anyway. I'm sure he will be very busy President of the United States as 2009 comes up. At least his admistration will keep him informed.

let's hope his "After" pix is same as his "Before" pix :laugh2:

Yeah, who knows! Hope he doesn't have a very stressed presidency! I think he will because he has to deal with a lot of peace offerings with other countries, fix up where Bush left a huge mess, all that economic mess too. It's like washing up after a 3 year old kid who drew all over the walls with permanent marker.

Very funny cartoon about President Obama's having to give up his BB:

1176.gif

I found this at the crackberry.com site as I am anxiously waiting for the Blackberry Storm this Friday. (Wish me luck so I can get the Storm for $199 and hope its not sold out on me)

Maybe in 8 years RIM should give Barack a platinum-plated 5th generation Blackberry Storm or Bold for his surviving a BB withdrawal

For Hear Again I will describe the 4 panel cartoon:

1st panel: Obama is sitting in the Oval Office getting ready for a speech on TV. He says: "As you are aware , there is a serious challenge I must deal with."

2nd panel: "Concerns about email security, and the Presidential Records Act, may prevent me from using email or my Blackberry." "This will require action in 2 stages."

3rd panel: "First, I will be enrolling in a 12-step Crackberry addiction program" "and second, I will be answering all my correspondence via YouTube"

4th panel" "To: Putin-Motherland.ru: I respectfully disagree with you on this one" ""To viagraman-aol.com: No, I'm not interested in yur offer." "To: Hillary-pantsuit.com: LOL, you cant be serious, can you?" "To: Puppyz-gmail.com: Thank you for your suggestion, I will showthe picture to Malia and see if she likes labradoodles."

given the 8 year mess obama must clean up, i doubt he will come out of his presidency without looking aged. thank goodness he's only 47 and not 72. :)

Funny is that when President Obama is giving up his BB addiction, I'm starting mine with the Storm after a year on the LG EnV. The EnV is like starting out with Mary Jane. Now with the Storm, I'm gonna be a hopeless crackberry addict

rumor that every high govt are get iPhone and dump blackberry. psst psst...

Saw on news that Obama is insisting that he keep his Blackberry and telling his staff to come up with a way to get around that.

I guess he's REALLY addicted to Blackberry. LOL

Just found a transcript on Blackberry with Barbara Walters:

WALTERS: How are you going to get along without your Blackberry?

OBAMA: (Laughs). This is a problem. I, you know, one of the things that I'm going to have to work through is how to break through the isolation ... the bubble that exists around the president. And I'm in the process of negotiating with the Secret Service, with lawyers, with White House staff ...

WALTERS: You might have a Blackberry?

OBAMA: Well, I'm, I'm negotiating to figure out how can I get information from outside of the 10 or 12 people who surround my office in the White House. Because, one of the worst things I think that could happen to a president is losing touch with what people are going through day to day.
