If two persons married a pair of cojoined twins that only shared one body (heads on one body), how would that work out?
That wouldn't work out... that would be a nightmare
There actually is a pair named Brittany and Abigail Hensel who are now 16 years of age.
They may eventually provide an answer to this question.

They're a bit older than that now, though. I'll google for a link, but I would think it would take an immense amount of cooperation and negotiation if one was a conjoined twin.
Why would it be a nightmare since there's only one umm.. pu....sheesh I can't say it.
Born March 7, 1990 so now they are really 18. Sorry for my error.

Yeah I saw that show.. that's what made me think about this topic... lol
They seem very well adjusted! I also saw a show on Mutters Museum on Travel channel... they said one cojoined pair had many kids... but of course, they're guys... man...
Why do people all they think about is s-e-x?
Who was talking about sex? I thought we were speaking of marriage by conjoined twins?
But polygamy's illegal.....I think we are in uncharted territory.
Depends on the twins I would suppose it would be up to them and the potential spouse.
