I want to do excerise with my daughter but I don't know how to do right way. If there's someone know how, please can help. So thanks.

Also, I sort of think about to going to join in Gym with my best friend. She have a son too. So, she and I want to be in good shape and excerise together like our own time as Girls Hang Out.

My goal is lose 70 lbs. I hope.

Thanks.

Do you wish to lose weight or get fit? If it is your goal to lose weight (70lbs), then I would advise cutting calories before worrying about exercise. Recent research has shown that, while trying to shed pounds, exercise is of little significance. If you wish for me to cite this, I can. Anyway, I would advise you to count calories in general. You don't have to be so detailed about counting calories. That's just going to give you a headache. Do not worry yet about exercise; concentrate on healthy diet. Now, remember, the healthiest weight loss is 1 to 1.5 pounds a week; anything more than that is water. Once you reach your target weight, exercise becomes critically important in maintaining your healthy weight.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.

Exercise is important if you want to be in good shape and physically fit, but remember, it is very possible to be healthy and fit, and yet still be overweight.

First of all, I wish you the best for your weight loss journey. It is hard enough to juggle the schedule especially with a baby on board.

If you want to do some exercises with your daughter - Here are some suggestions;

You can lay down on the floor on your back and hold your daughter in your hands and push her up and down with your arm. Your daughter's weight will also help you strength the muscles in your arms.

You can also use your legs and put your daughter on your legs to push it up and down. It also enhances the muscles in your legs as well. Think of it as a fun event for your daughter because she might like it. :)

When your daughter is old enough to sit up on her own or when she is able to stabilize her body, you can put your daughter on your back and do some push ups. She might like it because she'd be thinking she is riding on you. ;)

I know but, overweight is very botherign me lately and it does effect me to being depression. I just have enough with it and want to be happy with myself so I want to be in good shape and fit plus, I used to be very sporty girl but now Im not that anymore. I do miss that, I want to go back to that who I was. So thanks.

With my first baby, I had someone watch her or take her on the stroller while I went walking since I had never really exercised before getting pregnant. When the pounds started coming off, I was ready to take exercise to the next level so I joined a gym with a daycare. Worked great for me and I hired a personal trainer which lead me to being in better shape than I was ever in my life including pre-pregnancy.

With my 2nd one, I wait for my hubby to get home so I can exercise while he watches our son. I set aside one hour a day at least 5 times a week devoted to exercise.

If you have nobody to watch her, what about taking her for hourly walks in the stroller. Pushing a stroller, especially uphill works great!
