I have tried to contact TransUnion, but their phone has no way of contacting a live representative. They have prompts or have you say things or punch numbers like a robot answering machine. I have a totally different question that you cannot get through their phone or website. It's so ridiculous. It's almost as if they are as anonymous as possible. They have a website TransUnion - Check Your Credit Report and Credit Score Online, Instantly and Securely. Let me know if you see something I can do. TransUnion has a program called Initial Fraud Alert where they probably call you before a new credit is issued in your name.
Anyway, I wanted to call the TransUnion to find out how this is going to work for deaf people because how do you automatically answer an approval for it if they contact you by phone?
