Yes just exercise...if you have arm flappy then you need to do exercise/cardio

At the gym I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then do bike for 30 minutes, I do cardio exercises for example abs, uppers and bottoms (uppers mean arms and chest, bottoms means legs, thighs, and butts) I have to do abs everyday.

I do keep my journal for write down what I ate, drinks, and exercises every day, it does help me to learn how to do that and it helps me if I am doing the wrong way or not if I find out I gain weight or something.

Maybe you can get a journal to write what you eat, it is up to you. Let me know how it goes with your weight!!!

At 945pm tonight my stomach was gurgling so I had an apple. I know it is kind of late to be eating that, but I cannot sleep when I'm hungry. Is it ok that I ate an apple this late? Thanks!

Yes you can, but make sure don't go to sleep as soon as you finish eating apples because it can make your meteorblism (SP?) slow. For me, I usually eat snacks then wait for 3 hours then go to bed. It helps me.

You can always start over again if you want to because most people can have one bad day. It happened to me before too.

Yeah... this is one hour later and I'm still up. I'm going to drink some water just to flush it out. Then go to bed at 11pm because I don't want to get hungry again. That has happened to me before! :lol:

I have been trying to kick my butt off the chair.. keep busying around the house.. cleaning and put things away.. take dog for walk.. but 1 extra block each day.. i feel little different.... energy is on roll..

You walk one extra block each day...that's good idea! I just got puppy so in maybe 2 months or so I will take my puppy Cody for walk. I do go for walk but not as often as I should. I do go to Curves 3 to 5 times a week, so it helps alot.
 
I start walk home from school it is only 30 mins away school to my home in after school. sometime I feel out of my breath and my heart gone bit fast eheh it is good to do walk home from school :lol:

Blah I have a stretch marks on my tummy bottom not on top of my tummy just on the bottom that is all. Dont have any marks on my arms, chest and thighs. from my chest to thighs gain weight, but my legs, face, and arms didnt gain weight that make me arghh which I have been hard time to lose my weight due damn!!! I drink too much pop and sometime fast food.. so I had to stop drink too much pop and no more go for fast food.. if want go for fast food then just like once a month or so not all the times something like that.. Finally I have been stop drink pop for 3 weeks almost 4 weeks yayay but 2 or 3 time i drink in once a week that it .. finally I am getting less of pop :applause: yayaya cause I had fat tissues around my liver due of too much sugar and greasy so I had to stop and finally havent much drink pop from sugar whew! when in my mind are thristy want drink pop but still said no pop just do drink juice or water better than pop hehe..
 
Wow.. after reading all this.. I sure do need help. I need a motivator.. I was once 130 LB in '96 and I got pregnant and had the baby in '97. I lost a lot of weight after the baby was born but then I had norplant (Birth Control). my weight shot up to 55 more lbs. I've been like this ever since. Some days I feel good, some days I don't. I'm not a heavy eater. I only eat 2 times a day. But my bad bad bad habit is eating late a night. I also love Mountain Dew and would say I drink at least 8 to 9 glasses of mountain dew. Its so hard to have that willpower to not drink that anymore and drink more water. I'm 5'3, 193lb.. size 16 in pants.. HELP ME!!

TRUST ME... when you get started.. YOU WOULD BE AMAZED THAT IT IS NOT HARD! you eat normally but balance your food.. and every 2-3 hours... 6-8 meals a day (smaller portions) but more veggies/fruits- cutting out more carbs.... thats pretty much it!!!! :)

DoofusMama, what Feistychick says about surgery is very true. I would suggest you to take her advice... It would take few years to go back normal...

Honestly I'm afraid to show 110% mybody on picture.. mostly half half taking picture from little tummy to top face.. not full 110% body shown..
Not easy for everyone think you're HUGE fat or else.. doesn't matter..
This is very extreme postive and lift up your self esteem..
Made me feel better and open their heart and arms welcome and help team work together "Goal the weight"

I don't care what r u looking alike face really ugly.. Probably your personalities is GOOD SOUL... who knows.. Think about yourself.. give your time until when r u ready..

Rebelgirl, remmy that i told u try drink cold water, not from sink.. buy bottles from walmart.. it help u lot.. i habited drink dr. pepper or diet md but i had force myself to drink water, then i hook water more than soda... i am going join ymca next month, are u still going???

yea when i started walk to mail, i felt my heart beat fast and out of breath but it good start.. :D

Ha I know how you feel!!! Before I lost weight, Whenever I go to walmart (just cause its huge building) I walk everywhere, I would feel like I want to sit down because my feet hurts! my back hurts! I felt like I'm out of the breath. Yeah I know how you feel girl!!

That's good start! Just buy bottles and being stubborn drinking waters then become addict to the waters, Rebelgirl can do it!

If she says she can't, we have to go over her house and pull her out then go to walmart to buy bottles and make her drink :)
