yeah and I have hard time to lose my weight cause I had underactive thyoird wasnt easy for me .. but I am still keep going to get lose my weight. my weight up and down between 190 to 185. I will never give it up till I get lose my weight :)
 
It's time for ya to start writing a book about the facts on losing weight. You should do it someday since you're so interested in talking about that subject. :lol:

ARRRGH..... and BOY I AM DAMN GLAD I LISTENED TO HIM :lol: the funny thing is... i am a TRUE LEO AND SO IS HE!!! and we both are damn stubborn!!! :lol: it is a VERY RISKY, DANGEROUS AND UNHEALTHY SURGERY!!! and not worth it.. he said it si better to do it in the HEALTHY WAY AND LEARN IT!!! AND HE IS VERY RIGHT (doctors love making money! and he makes very good money BUT HE ALSO LOVES HIS PATIENTS!!! HE PREFERS HONESTY OVER MONEY ... and i am glad i am doing this in the right way!!!

HATE FRIGG'N FLAPPY MY TUMMY... DUE preggy.. *ahem*~:squint: and also Arm flappy, and little jello legs..

espically my wrist and skinny.. don't understand why My looks isn't right body.. *mumbing*

how rid flappy ?? Surgery liposuction ? or.. contuine losing weight til tight belly no more flappy body ?

Wha.. about strength marks.. need rid of strength marks.. then how.???

I know celebrities are cheater and rid of strength marks gone.. by electro sumth'n like that... of course quite frigg'n expensive!
 
Three days ago I finally gave up chocolate.

For the past two days I've been measuring food intakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinking couple of hot cup of tea a day. Am trying to learn to like drinking water.

In the past I'd put 2 to 3 servings of cheerios (cereal) in the bowl and this is loaded with carbos. I knew I had to fix my portion of food. I followed the box and it said to use only 3/4 cup. Geez, that's all?? What I ended up doing is add 1/2 sliced banana in the bowl to make it fuller. The other day I had one scrambled egg, 2 strips of bacon and one wheat toast with raspberry jam on it. FeistyChick told me what she had for breakfast so I took her advice. :mrgreen:

Today I had 3/4 cup of cheerios with few strawberries and some blueberries. I drank my hot tea with it. I was actually full by the time I finished it.

Today for lunch I had mangos and tuna without mayonaise. Two hours later I had stawberry yogurt. I need to have calcium because I take thyroid pills. I had another hot cup of tea.

Dinner I had 2oz oven baked haddock with lemon juice, light salt, pepper and some paprika. 1/2 cup of Jasmine rice and 1 cup of steamed carrots, celery, and onion. So delish! By the end of the evening I am actually so full.

I hope I did it right... :fingersx:

:confused: cheaters? not only celebrities also some regular people like me too, have no stretch marks both preggies, i have 2 kids, but i admit i have celulite on my tight before and i m working on it with exercise :cool:

Oh you are doing a wonderful job to learn how to eat!! Congrats!! Keep it up!!! :)

I do keep my journal for write down what I ate, drinks, and exercises every day, it does help me to learn how to do that and it helps me if I am doing the wrong way or not if I find out I gain weight or something.

Maybe you can get a journal to write what you eat, it is up to you. Let me know how it goes with your weight!!!

About stretch marks....I did have them on my arms, chest, stomach, and thighs. I got rid of SOME marks....how? exercise. That is how I got rid of it. I am still working to get rid of other parts too. Sometime it will stay on for a long time just depend on how much fats do I have.

Just excerise and proprite foods?

Im getting there and will talk out w/future new specialist doctor for thyroid.. Just I wanted rid of my thyroid gland... hate roller coaster my weight.
 
I started South Beach diet on Jan 2nd recently and have lost 8 pounds so far. I also joined Curves and it helped me alot! I need to lose over 100 pounds and was glad to see someone created this thread! We need to support each other and motivate. :dance2: Everyone is doing good...keep it up!

thank you for positive notes.. but.. overweights run in the family..
for example .. i growing up chubby (overweights for average kids).. then Highschool.. I was --eek.. I graduated.. I lost weights to 140 pounds.. I looked great.. it didnt last.. less 2 years.. i ballooned up 40 pounds overweight... then lost 10.. then went back to 40 again.. the more i lose weights I gained double.. :/
my mom have been struggled with her weights.. almost most of relatives are big size.. now most of relatives went through tummy stapled and success...
like i said.. I lose weights then have tummy stapled.. so my weight will be stay same.. oh well..

hehe. :)

I have been trying to kick my butt off the chair.. keep busying around the house.. cleaning and put things away.. take dog for walk.. but 1 extra block each day.. i feel little different.... energy is on roll..
