Hello! I'm in need of at least 3 interviewees for my thesis. Could you guys help me out? :( I need to interview someone who can share their experiences about being deaf. Pls. reply and I'll add you to my contact list then I'll send you a private message whenever possible. :)

Thank you! :)

yay! we exist so that we can help you pass your exams, homework, research paper, and do your homework for you ....

you're welcome!! :)

Oh, that's all we have to do!? Just to jump up at the drop of a hat to help you with your homework like EVERY OTHER student that comes here every hour or two asking for the same thing like we're lab rats to be poked at with your pencil? No thanks, I'll pass. Good luck with that, though.

Go blow a donkey then someone will help

Wow! You tell us nothing about yourself and expect us to tell all ourselves.
It does not work that way. We're not here for people beck and call .

First of all, you should introduce yourself properly. Do you really expect people to open up their lives to a stranger on the internet?

Secondly, didn't your instructor give you any guidelines as to how to properly do research for a thesis paper?

Thirdly, you need to develop your empathy. How would you feel on the other side of such a request?

I think that one of the unwritten rules of having interview is that you would want to improve your networking. Maybe that person would help you down the road. People want to have friends. Interviews are supposed to be about making friends and helping out other people, not just use someone to find information and then be on your way.

Basically, what is the point of interview if you're not able to keep in touch with the person?

You never know. Someone may ask you to ask more questions to this person. However, you've lost touch with the person. So how can you ask?

I can't imagine you didn't know this was coming.... You should have been here months ago getting to know people if you wanted this kind of help. Good luck pfft

So many of these have actually been answered, you should be able to get the answers from looking at old threads.

After attending a number of Deaf socials and chatting together an ASL 3 student asked me last night if he could interview me. Now that's how you go about earning the right to ask someone for an interview!

That is exactly what I was going to say about that. You took the words out of my mouth or signing hands.

Sorry

I'm so sorry for being so insensitive. I really didn't mean for this to turn out the wrong way. I appreciate your comments and I know I've learned my lesson. I hope we can all start over.

Hi! I'm Patricia Vargas. I'm 17 years old and I live in the Philippines. I'm currently studying at Southville International School and Colleges, as a 2nd year college student, taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education with specialization in Special Education. The reason why I created this thread is that I'm really interested in learning more about the deaf community and I hope you can share your experiences with me. If you're interested in being interviewed, kindly like this comment and I'll add you to my contacts and PM you for the questions because I want the interview to be treated with confidentiality.

Again, I'm really sorry for what I did.

Thank you and God Bless!*

What is your thesis on? I once wrote a thesis for my Masters and it was such a fun, yet daunting task.
