Does anyone know a weight loss strategy???

Hi people, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this makes me madder. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting I don’t seem to get any slimmer. There are many ways to get the fat reduced but almost all the ways are exhausted. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!

Well, if diet and exercise don't help you.. Try going to see doctor since you might have an effect side to cause you to gain weight like my sister, she gained alot weight and she tried to eat right and exercise and seems nothing works for her but she found out that she have thyoird issues which is effect on her to gain alot weight. Just suggest you to seeing doctor to seeing how your healthy is and everything like that so that's way you will know. If nothings wrong then ask doctor for help also. Hope it works.

First of all, don't get mad at the fact you gained weight. Just accept who you are first and you will lose weight in no time. There's no reason to complain about yourself which will get you stressed out. I'd suggest you go to a doctor to find out why you're gaining weight, it could be thyroid or slow metobolism or anything you'd never know.

That's very good advice!

Sometimes I view weightgain as misleading. Perhaps you gained lean muscle mass while burning fat? Muscle weighs more than fat, so as a good way to gauge yourself is to strip, jump up and down in front of a mirror, and if it jiggles in the wrong places, we got work to do. Diet is also a factor, have you been getting the necessary nutrients without resorting to fastfood?
