Feeling good today. The honey was sick most of the week, and he's better today, so that makes me happy

Gave the doggy a bath, made sausage and potatoes for dinner, so it's a good day.

I am so tired. 4 hours sleep in two days. Have no clue why I can not sleep. Maybe tonight, I hope. Otherwise feeling pretty good.

I'm feeling better now. Went to they gym and that seemed to help. I just hope I didn't over do it as my bad knee is not too happy with me but not hurting yet.

I feel sad inside because the one person that I thought would support me let me down. Oh well, at least now I know the truth and not some lie.

There has to be a time when you've got to move on and just remind yourself that all the others who want to drag you down don't matter.

Dunno what to think. The day started off right, even normal...thought it was Feb. 8th for some reason (?)....then the "unusuals" started happening....well....taking an early siesta...as I was up at 2am until 4am...

Tomorrow's another day. Remembering to keep my temper in check tomorrow.

Been having issues with IBS and my dairy allergies all day. So much pain and such, I just want to crawl in a hole and stay there.

MIL wanted Red Lobster last night. I can't resist the cheddar/garlic biscuits. Then my fish was baked, but had butter. Also, I stupidly ate the croutons that were on my salad.

Self-imposed for 3-5 days. I have to clear out my system and so this is what I do. The doctor has already approved it and has agreed with what I plan to do. Will be back on solid regular diet in about 10 days or so.

No, I am doing clear liquids for now. Also, those meal replacement shakes and things have cow's dairy and I can't have that. That's what started this mess.
