OK, what's the sign that looks like he is flicking his fingers? I don't know that one.

I think you're talking about the sign for "Starbucks" (about 1:28 in the video), where he says ... 1) Starbucks 2) McDonalds 3) Panera ....

That's correct -- the sign is "Starbucks"

I've come to the same conclusion. This Pourple netbook is better than the Z340!

Not all Wi-Fi places require web log-in to access... there are plenty of places where it doesn't require to do that as a matter of fact.

McDonald's and Starbucks are the one of few franchise places that require it. For a sample, some Panera Bread places do require web login to access while other Panera Bread places it doesn't require.

So he apparently targeted certain places where he knew that z340 wouldn't work out and p3 would access then presented it in the video favoring p3, probably. Remember at first he was at a home or some place talking before attending McDonald's in the video... see use your "detective" common sense and you could tell if you have it.

Yet it's better to have the web log-in capability in a mobile videophone just in case one might need it at some places that may require, ofc.

Also z340 is being developed underway to add the web login browser in the near future. The p3 is a netbook with webcam included therefore he should compare it with a pc100 with laptop/webcam instead of z340, I think.

Not quite an impressive and honest comparison produced by this guy in the video, my opinion. I still would give p3 an edge for this time being, however.

I am so amazing your remarkable about it? You want take the 'common sense', there is no underway to develop for web browser.

It already on way to develop without login is Sprint wireless sell that device which it doesn't require to login. Image, the Sprint's wireless is G4!

Sprint is the biggest challenge for Purple once a again; since its under ZVRS.

So it is going to whoopie you, The Purple, since it will go everywhere! I am sure they will sells for special price to use wireless that go EVERYWHERE!

He's comparing how they currently work right now, not the future. The Z-340 will get better, but so will Purple. We just have to wait and see.

Yep, those products are not finished products. (MVP and z340)

Is p3 a finished product? I do have it but not tested it yet... just downloaded quite recently.

Nope. P3 is not a finished product. The netbook is, but the P3 software isn't.

I downloaded it on to my Purple Netbook today. Will try both P3 and Z pc 100 on it. Initial testing shows them to be very similar with the pc100 being more complete. The P3 software is not a finished product. The pc100 softwar4e gives you a little3 more control over the software than P3 does. I'll stick with p3 for now and see if they update it soon.

I called my VP-200 from both. The phone number from the pc100 showed up on the VP-200 while the P3 Purple number did not show up. There was an IP address instead. Not sure if that is P3's fault or Sorenson's. Video performance was identical between both software.

Those are my initial tests. Will try them both out over the next few days and see which I like better. I'll stay with P3 on the Netbook though. Purple gave me a great deal and I think I should use them.

You are right. I have both P3 and ZPC100 on my P3 notebook just like yours. The info on VP200 from both of two softwares are exact same as you said above. So I tried to call from VP200 to either P3 and ZPC100 but dailing and dailing. Do you experience the same way?

Thanks for reminding me. The P3 worked fine when using the VP-200 to call it. The PC100 did not receive anything at all. I'm not sure why. I wonder if it is a firewall blocking it. I don''t have time right now to figure it out though.

ZPC-100 looks like Viable Vision (Mirial software)?

Huh? Sprint and Purple are partners, not Sprint and ZVRS. And that's 4G wireless.

Yes, Zvrs are negotiating with "lightweight" browser company that will include browser in Z340 very soon. It would just be an firmware update once it's out. So Web login will be easy to use as well as Purple P3 netbook

Yup, Zvrs are working on PC100 update to make it better. Wait and see!
