3 People killed at Jewish Community on Passover !

I am :mad: and :( as HELL that hate crimes still happening against people !

The guy that killed the 3 Jewish people was making anti Semitic remarks and killed them on the eve of Passover and people do not find have anything to say. :(

I missed the part about the anti Semitic remarks.

I was afraid it would turn out to be someone from the community and be even worse.

The world never seems to get better.
 
Also the last time I remember Antisemitism being discussed here, it brought out several of the Holocaust deniers.

This upset me so much, I could hardly bear it.
 
Holocaust deniers....what heck? It is sad that those three died....poor people been shot for no reason.

I can' t blame you. I knew a guy that was a Holocaust survivor , he owned a small grocery store not far from my house growing up. The man had his sleeves rolled and I saw these strange numbers going up his arm and had no idea what it was from until I got older. He committed suicide as he was no longer able to live with the horrible memories of losing his family and friends.
Mel Gibson is a Holocaust denier , I read an article where he was asked if he thought the Holocaust really happen and he said " His dad told him that is never happen and that his dad does not lies." I think it was the magazine called 'Q' , I never watched anymore of Mel after reading that.
I am so sad that any hate crime is still happening . The poor families , they'll making funeral arrangement and not celebrating Passover with their love ones.
 
:(:cry: WDYS, I saw, I saw....! I was with my husband picking up my parents from the airport, they just came home from my cousin's wedding...which was Israeli-Jewish<cousin married sabra>. They danced Hora and my folks danced too.
My parents were so happy about seeing everyone and meeting the bride and her family, many of whom from Israel. We did not tell them.

I am crying too, I just cerebrate Passover with my daughter and granddaughter on Saturday,we had early dinner as my family will be busy with school etc next week then I heard this on the news today and I been so upset and angry. That was very kind of you not to tell your parents . I really feel for the families that lost their loves one . I am going out to buy a new chain so I can wear my Stair of David that my beloved mother gave to me. I am not going go let this keep me from letting people know I am Jewish. Thank you everyone for responding to this , I am my mother is not alive to know about this.
 
Jews today find themselves in a difficult situation. These crimes happen too often and if the person is caught alive, the punishment isn't enough for the loss of life....and the press treats the killer like some kind of celebrity or media sensation. Our current administration is no friend to Israel; Israel warns us about Iran and other hot spots of terrorism and we're dismissive of them. I often wonder if this country expresses its antisemitism in subtle ways by not taking threats to Jews in this country seriously until something like this happens. Very sad....and on a Holy day, it makes it so much harder. Prayers for all the families involved.

This is terrible news. :(

It is awful for the victims' families and friends, and it is awful for the American Jewish community. It is also grievous for our country that there are still anti-Semite people of violence active here.

I hope there are no further attacks. People should be able to partake in Passover activities without fear.

Yes, I heard that the shooter asked people if they were Jewish but that doesn't make sense since two of the victims were not Jewish. Of course, if the shooter was filled with hate maybe it didn't matter to him how they answered.

As you know Hitler killed anyone that helped Jewish escape the death camps , the shooter is a Nazi and he killing people that have anything to do with Jewish people. I bet he was more enrage when the person said they where not Jewish. The shooter is honoring Hitler . And there are plenty of more people like him around.
 
Wasn't he still making epithets while in the police car? Ingrate.
 
I wish these haters would witness the true horror of their hatred by serving at Holocaust Camp as prison guards. I bet you million bucks that they won't survive the first day - the sound of screamings and wailings. the stench of rotten and burning bodies. the sight of hunger and despair. it's as if Satan had ascended from Hell to set up his sick twisted playground.
