Who anyone in AD are iPod user? including with iPod Touch, iPod Classic, iPod Nano, iPod Shuffle, iPhone, 5G iPod or previous generation of iPod.

I own iPod Touch 16GB to replaced the iPhone that I was returned for some reason, such as no 3G support (EDGE is slower like shit) and no full SDK (non-beta) support right now but will support eventually.

I just bought yesterday, more thinner than iPhone.

What about you?

Forgot to mention that I used to own 5G iPod 30GB but sold out later in last year.

It's cool feature about use WiFi as modem on my phone to make connect to iPod Touch so wirelessly when on road or out to somewhere but it does eat ALOT of battery on my phone, oh no shit.

I don't have an i-Pod, but I do have an i-Dog... does that count? ;)

No? I have a Sidekick 3. It's also a MP3 player. That's almost like an i-Pod. ;)

No, it's not count, this thread is only for Apple iPod users, discuss about iPod related.

Other than iPod or iPhone are not counted.

Now, it's big sucks for WiFi program on my phone, when got work so successfully but stopped work after browse on Safari for several min and name for connection is no good after that, must create new name to get work again then did tried 1 more and still same problem. I decided to gave up to fix it and use my iPod as video, picture and offline applications, plus use WiFi at home or any place that offers WiFi.

I did configuration on WiFi on my phone by followed tutorial from other website and it's no good but don't want create new name over again and again in every several minutes. I wish that my iPod Touch has bluetooth support that will allow to use bluetooth PAN, that work so good at all time.

I was being sarcastic. ;)

I don't have an iPod, but my sister has an i-Pod Nano and my dad has an i-Pod Video.

ipod touch is good advantage for deaf to kill their boredom while travel

so far, more than 40 movies have cc available thru iTunes to place in iPod ;)

My roommate has a ipod with little color screen which can do video playback, it's not the ipod nano though. It's a older model 1 or 2 generations before the ones that can support closed captioning.

My brother owns the latest ipod classic, he rips DVD's with CC onto his ipod, recently he finally made the CC to fit in the screen and it is still easily readable.

I was exchanged the iPod Touch into iPod Classic because of getting iPhone in June 2008 then don't need own 2 devices at same OS since iPod Classic is other different story.

CC works on movie rental on iPod Classic, it's confirmed and very readable too.

I had noticed that syncing to iPod Classic is alittle faster than iPod Touch, it took a minute for 1 GB to iPod Classic via USB.

My bad about said friend instead of brother.

Yep, that's it. Handbrake

Make sure you enable the subtitles in the settings to fit in the screen OK? That software WILL work on your lovely mac :D

Ok, don't be surprised.

I just exchanged back to iPod Touch because iPod Classic has no lovely to me then decided to sticking with iPod Touch.

Just difference about from 16 GB into 32 GB, I noticed that 160 GB from iPod Classic is very thicker.

There's no CC, just only subtitle.

I prefer to use CC over subtitle, oh well.

What's the difference with CC and subtitle? I am sure they're both the same?
It means two things...

Subtitles are usually just what the person is saying.

Captions are usually what the person is saying plus other sounds that appear during the movie such as "clock ticking" or "alarm sounding".

Another thing...

Subtitles are already part of the movie, they simply need to be turned on or off.

Captions are a different part of the movie and require a decoder to make it appear.

What is being said is that iPods don't have decoders. So, if you wanted to watch something... make sure it's subtitled.
