Mitch Berman chairman at ZillionTV.tv says that they are not supporting captions for the deaf because we are "too small a demographic and not worth the hassle of supporting" and as an after thought looked at the other people on the panel and said "We couldn't even do tech support cause we can't talk to you on the phone"
I was tempted to drive the 6 hours from Burbank to Santa Clara to stand in their lobby and sign obscenities at them until they figured out what to do with me.
This is AT&t U-verse all over again. If Zillion is as they say in thousands of homes shouldn't they have to support the accesability standards others do?
What can we do to make these idiots understand? I have never been so mad as to be sitting in an audience and have some one tell me to my face that I am not worth the hassle of supporting.
