Z4 Mobile for My Touch tmobile help $19.95!!

I posted on other page but need help. I learn you can get MyTouch at Cosco for $19.95 I want to have mobile VP. Z4 can call vp200.. but i don't know how to get data plan...
I hear you can order with voice and then cancel voice...
help me understand??
 
Wow.. Good deal. My understand you can download Z4 call to any vp such as VP200, Viable, MVP and P3. Whatever they have vp with phone number. Then no problem. About the data plan.. Dunno. Sorry.
