Your Very First Website...

HMM the first website I had visited was Sympatico front page.. that was the first one I went to each time I logged online.. that was in late 1998... dont think the local Sympatico page is still around today but it has changed a lot I would think so....
 
I don't remmy the first website I opened :hmm: I got my first computer IBM in 1999 spring had AOL as my server using dial-up :giggle: one of the first deaf sites was probably Deafchat.
 
I signed up for AOL in late 1995. I don't remember what first website I visited but I remember my first search engine was webcrawler that was associated with AOL. Dumped it for yahoo then came along google.

I remember I was always in the AOL help area to avoid being charged per hour for internet usage and after six months with AOL, I became a Community Leader to have free AOL account. AOL went unlimited usage for $19.99 in late 1996. Sadly, my life changed and I did not have time to be online very often anymore so I had to quit working for AOL and lost my free account. But I had fun dealing with the trolls! :)
 
It was Hotmail in 1997. Mum was helping me to setup my first email account. I was 12 years old at the time lol.
 
Join up AOL member in 1993 in using Apple Mac Plus computer. I dont remember first Yahoo or Google web pages.
 
My very first website I visited was the deaf porn site! :shock:

It was the deafchat in 1998! :rofl:

I don't really remember my first time when I used the computer. I was totally young. I was about 3 years old and I was playing this fun game thats probably familar. IT's called. Rosie's Walk: Sign-Language CD-ROM. And it's about learning sign language. It was a really fun thing. But I have been a computer nerd ever since. lol and so my parents ask me questions on how to use the computer and such :-D
 
The first website I remember visiting was Yahoo. When I first used computers, it was an Apple computer with a green screen in preschool with programs about letters and math.

I remember opening up my first aol account in 1995. However, I cant remember what website I first visit. Too long ago!

lol I remember using AOL 3.0, through 6.0 as a dial up, til I switched to high speed cable.

The 3.0-4.0 is a big annoyance with their time limit reminder "You have been online for 45 mins, would you like to stay online" An update in late 4.0 or so removed that time limit :lol:

Now, I'd never go back to dial up again and gonna keep my cable service :)
