If you planning to get Xbox 360 this year, better off hold your money until 'second-generation' Xbox 360s hitting the shelves. New CPU upgrades may reduces the heat and 'Red Eye of Death' problems. But Microsoft had no clear answers on why Xbox 360s, made before January 2006, failures neither which hardware caused the common problems.

Yeah, It was old news but did not tell when it will do that. Finally I can able to know when it going to upgrade.
 
I'm impatient but I don't care about tech issues and hopefully to get 360 in before December 2006.

I will sign up on xbox live again and see ya on xbox live soon.
 
Just make sure y'all check the box to see the "correct" version before buying it.
 
I got my Xbox360 on launch day and has experienced no problems at all.
