Hi, I have been on this site for almost a month. I would like to know the opnion of the interp. who have taken the NIC. In Puerto Rico a law will be passed soon for the interp. that are working in any area justice,education ect. it will be mandatory to take the test. The problem is not everyone in Puerto Rico can't travel to the U.S and pay for this. And Im afraid it will strike neg. if the bill is passed. Can anyone give some in put on this. THX
