Tryouts for the Columbus Comets -- womens professional football team are coming up in October. The Comets web page is COLUMBUS COMETS Home Page.
Tryout dates are:

DATE(S): OCTOBER 5, 12, 19, 26, and NOVEMBER 2, 9.

TIME: 12 NOON - 3PM

LOCATION: COLUMBUS WHETSTONE HS, 4405 SCENIC DRIVE, COLUMBUS, OH 43214. (PRACTICE FIELD)

FIELD SURFACE: NATURAL GRASS

ATTIRE: T-SHIRT, SHORTS, CLEATS AND/OR CROSS TRAINERS, ETC. (PLEASE DRESS ACCORDING TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS)

There is and have been hearing impaired players with the Comets. Players come from all areas in the tri state Ohio area to be on the team and from all cities in Ohio.

Tryouts Womens Football Update

Thanks to those who have contacted Coach Patterson and signed up for tryouts. Comet players are looking forward to working with you.

You do not have to pre-register just come to the field. To those who cannot come on week 1 come week 2 -- that is the answer Coach gave us.
 
I personally hate sports, but all the luck to them, always glad to see barriers destroyed.
