wii video game able to be returned because not deaf friendly?

I know video games are non-returnable but do they have to if the instructions are all voice with no text?
 
It depends on who you talk to and their mood. It also depends on the store's policy. I would just ask for manager and explain to them and hope for the best..

I did same for DVD's when box said it was CC and it wasn't and same title happened twice. They were nice enough to refund via gift card.
