Who has two Cochlear implant? Does it help much better than just one??

Not really.....Mostly with sound localization or difficult listening situtions.
However, if your other ear is unaidable, or gets very poor benifit from hearing aids, I'd say go for it! But even hearing people face.
difficult listening situtions. If you're having difficult listening situtions, then learn ASL, or other Sign!!!!!!!!!!1

I only have one for now, I am in process of starting the wheel into motion to get 2nd one. Goal of this is to hear better in stereo/surrounds and take advantage of localizations. I wants to enrich my listening pleasure and skills.
