In other words not as laggy and less annoying for the hearing receiver?

Can you clarify your question?

When you say, "call" a hearing person do you mean in person or on the phone?

I don't understand what you mean by, "laggy"... Also, anyone who would classify a DHH persons voice as "annoying" is a donkey.
