Black bean burger on whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and avocado slices and a baked potato with salsa.
 
Lunch today - chickpea chik'n salad sandwiches with lettuce and tomato and pineapple slices on the side.
 
Baked Chicken chopped w/ pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, cilantro, oregano, spinach, avocado, wild mushrooms, pinch of sea salt and drizzled w/ EVOO. Lipsmacking!

Well - today's lunch will not be a healthy one, but it will satisfy the family. All beef hot dogs and crinkle cut french fries.
