What's your lunch tonight?

WalMart's soup section was in a mess and I didn't realize me mistake until I got home. We had 1 can of Southwestern Vegetable soup and 1 can of Savory chicken and vegetable noodle soup. Interesting combo, but not worth repeating.
 
McD's Southwest Grilled Chicken salad. Nevah again!!! Way too much sodium and fat.
 
Lunch was a macaroni salad conglomeration I made.

Had leftover small shell pasta, so I added a little mayo, brown mustard, pico de gallo, and MorningStar Farm Chik'n strips.

Not too bad.
 
I had a soft bean taco of sorts.

Take a flour tortilla, spread it with vegan cream cheese, put mashed beans and pico de galo in. I use different beans each time I do this. I have used: butter beans (not good), pink beans (good), black beans, (not bad, but not right), pinto beans (awesome), red kidney beans (very good), and cannelini beans (awesome).
 
Baked tilapia, browned polenta rounds and steamed yellow squash.
 
My lunch was leftover Sweet & Sour pork with pork fried rice.
 
Soft tacos with vegan chik'n strips, refried beans, lettuce, salsa and soft flour tortillas.
