It looks like a lot of things but most of them are very small so it's not heavy. Also, I keep them in an organizer, so I can grab whatever I need out of my bag without looking. :P

I don't carry a purse, but a fanny pack. In it, I have:

my keys, my meds, ID, and, money.

I've always perceived woman hauling their "luggage" as portable dumpsters! Is all that crap really necessary? LOL

OOh definitely a purse! I hate carrying backpacks! I also carry my lululemon bag everyday with my laptop, 2-3 books, my binder, fm system, an unbrella just in case and a sweater! lol
 
Oh, yeah, I forgot about the umbrella. I keep a small Totes umbrella in my bag.
