who the hell kidnaps kids as a halloween prank? i say the only bad thing about halloween is the stomach aches u get after eating too much candy.
 
Yes, I've seen some people who loves prank halloween before 31st. Police are handle teenagers!

During Halloween Day, Noth'n happend hearing about bad things... *hmmmm*
 
just telling you what i saw its realy an fact that crime rate go up in halloween and kidnapping actually happen also sucidies etc etc oh well its already over so no use worrying about it lol
