What is attracting people to Austin, TX?

Texas, for the most part, is a conservative state...however, Austin itself is a VERY liberal city. Ironic, isn't it? :)

I know several here are large than 1600 ft sq, manage to keep $200/month on electric. I'm sure they're green than being whore.

It means squat to me. I am completely deaf. Some of us do socialize outside of the deaf culture. Shocking, no?
