If part-time employees don't want health insurance from their employers, they won't be forced to take it, will they? For instance, suppose they also have a full-time job where they already have insurance, or they are on their spouse's family plan, or they have Medicare. They could opt out, right?

If they are covered else where, they are covered.

No, they have a choice of plan. Alot of DI's will have two options
