what city / area in the USA has the biggest deaf community?

i grew up 2 hours north of NYC and had a heck of a time trying to find a deaf community in NYC! where does everyone hide?

I had to assumed that Orlando, Florida have the biggest deaf community I've ever seen in my life. I grew up in Knoxville, TN my whole life. I moved to Orlando for college. I have never seen that large deaf group before. I also tried different places such as Gainesville, FL and Ocala, FL but not many deaf people there. I would recommended to try Orlando.
