Hello Sorenson VP-100/200 users:
A couple weeks ago, Sorenson updated their servers, and made some improvements. Lately, we have been getting emails wondering why the MISSED CALL feature is not working. Because of the changes they made, you need to reboot your VP-100/200 for it to take the new changes. If each of you can take a minute to unplug the power from your VP-100/200 (either from the wall or back of the VP) and then plug it back in, you should be good to go.
