is anyone else having issues with a VoIP line and 711 (for connecting to the relay service). I just got a new VoIP line, and had found out that legally VoIP providers must have 711, so i went ahead and got the line. Can't dial 711... on hold with IT now... grrrrr

#16 on page 9:

Among the TRS requirements that we extend to interconnected VoIP providers, we require such providers
to contribute to the Interstate TRS Fund under the Commission’s existing contribution rules, and to offer
711 abbreviated dialing for access to relay services

Grrrr

thanks. Technically i *can't* file a complaint because I live in Canada... which is dumb but whatever. Anyone in the US care to file for me? When they finally get their act in gear we can finally have fair and equal access to cheap phone services (which we rarely use but don't get any discount on!)
