or something better that i dont know (no WYNDTEL service it sucks)

MCI's IP Relay service should already be installed on there. Just open it up and it will connect you to an operator. Thats how it works with my friends.

You have to pay for voice messages to be written into text messaging to be sent to your phone on demand. If you want a real-time service where you can converse from your pager to a voice person, then you would use a relay service like Sprint Relay Wireless on your Sidekick 2 or other wireless device.
