Ah the Post Office! Almost as bad the DMV but not quite as bad. As someone who can hear I am not surprised by this. Sadly we can't hear both sides to what happened here.

Years ago or rather three years ago I had a deaf woman who could not read, read lips, who came to the wrong office and not one of us could sign. I literally worked with her for two hours to help her understand she misunderstood out property managers in the field who could sign that it's up to us whether or not to approve her for certain buildings.

Being that she could only understand a few written words it was a hard process. Thankfully though she didn't call it being that call center workers are penalized for longer relay calls and long calls in general.
