From my home town ( In UK ) once every year in May.

Again my deaf son wrote it 2 years ago too for my local deaf club..

Tulip's Parade Day

Spectators swarming everywhere,
The unforgettable day is here,
Balloons and stalls here and there,
One of the best days of the year.

Look, look here they come,
The beautiful parades, big, wide, tall,
Music blaring from an unnoticeable location,
Giving out sweets, grooving to the beats.

This is a moment, you will never forget,
for this is an unforgettable day,
But only one moment, we want to forget,
Time to clean, and put away!
