TTYs and Conference Calls

Anyone have any suggestions on good TTY or captioning telephones that would enable me to use the conference calling feature at my job?

I REALLY need to find a device that supports this since I can only talk on the phone through the use of a TTY/Relay Service/Captioning phone.

DO you know ASL or another sign language or none?
