Thats really terrible. Who's fault do you think it was? The parents or the company? I think it's the parent's fault because who would let their 18 month old daughter walk around heavy machinery??

How did her hand get caught? Did they let her roam around freely? Were the parents holding her and let her put her hand on the conveyer belt? If that is the case, it would be blamed on the parents... not the factory.

Well, sticky situation for 18 month old girl... Am sure parents' fault cuz they should hold child(ren)'s hand while they are at tour or whatever...
