i

in america you can get the extra t3 that hard to get here in uk,thyroxin is only a part of the tyroid hormone, they say vit b12 should be taken if on thyroxin maybe get dr try that....i ask dr for that but he no give it to me...your whole body hurts that because thyroxin absorb inter celluar,as i understand blood levels do not reflect everything

i member of british thyroid assocation and been to some international meetings on the subject...dr have been struck off for prescribing t3 in uk.got be thyroid registrated and unlikely you get full thyroid tests in uk..often it piturety gland that at fault and as you got headaches make sure they do all the tests..although thyroid problems in general give head aches...if over active you can feel it in ears,it blood pressure can bang so much that feel like got constant head ache..

Went to the Endo today. She ordered more testings on free t4 and 3's, another TSH test. She also order testing for antibodies to make sure it isn't autoimmune along with checking my Vit B12, Vit D, iron levels. I should know more in 2 weeks. She told me she did not want to rely on 1 blood test so this is why she is doing more.

snap. possible, i cannot blame to doctor, unforntately, suck it is affect side issues on problem on aware blood pressure, interesting,. it is weird on give me annoy thyroid bit limit medication work understand, odd stranger, figure out, analyzed how medication, Doctor experiment medication

I don't want to high anxiety affect to excity hyper blood pressure affect to headache serious not good healthly! avoid on headache. cut on medication!!

I have it...but I don't like the medication. I wanted natural herb. So I needed to see Endocrinoglist specialist first and her/him about it the natural herbs. I have a reason. Also having a hard time to loose weigh....so gonna see new doctor about it as well. My current didn't do anything. So wait and see.....sucks! If you loose weigh, your thyroid will be back to normal.

If you have problem, and required surgery to remove the glands, you will be on medication for rest of your life. SUCKS! My friend had that, and hates it! :(

My bloodwork came back. My TSH is in the normal range, in the high normal along with thr t3 and t4. So that is good news. They will not put me on any thyroid treatments. But will check again in 6 months. Bad news is I am very anemic. My iron was on the very low end. Will see my doctor today to discuss what to do and make sure I am not bleeding internally. So that explains why I feel like crap all the time.

I'm glad that you're getting answers to your problems, and that you're on the way to getting proper treatment. I hope the cause of the anemia is not serious, and easy to treat.
