A Family doctor?...what kind of doctor are you talking about?...And 200 lbs. is not too fat for some people....need more input to ur thread....

Really don't know what to say!...This is news to me....and at 6 ft., 200 lbs., don't think you are too overweight....maybe a little chubby...but so what?...

Perhaps ur family doctor has given you a referral to another doctor to treat what is wrong with you?....My family doctor is not an ENT, so she referred me to a specialist who treats ear disorders.....Same as for the eyes, lungs, liver, etc., etc.

Honestly think its a misunderstanding. Maybe the doc is making it a policy not to treat/see people that are 200+ pound overweight from their Height/weight recommendations due to many complications?

I'm just seeing this if this was only for people who weighted less than 200 pound, this is going to be a BIG HEADACHE dealing with fraud if the doctor was accepting patients and later denying them services. Many insurance companies do pay doctor month to month under HMO plans.... its a huge issue.
 
what is exactly disorder or disorder issues? things points doctor will tell point specialist to refer to know disorder or things issues medication
 
Accordingly to BMI calculator for MEN, your BMI is 29.8 and that is overweight, just shy of obese. Dr is right but refuse treat? I find it discriminating at some degree.
