SUSE linux 10.0 help....

maybe someone here can help me..

i got a spare box that i loaded suse 10.0 on and i have been trying for about 3 days now to set up my DSL connection without luck.


i've tried over and over to set it up but im missing something.

i tried to set up a dial up as well, and couldn't get that to work, so im more inclined to think im just missing the "switch" to turn everything on.

any ideas?

using GNOME at the moment but im thinking about switching to KDE to see if its more user-friendly.

Hopefully those people in there will help ya to set up DSL connection.

thanks for the link. ive read through all thier boards and can't find anything like my problem...and i hate starting threads on boards im not familiar with, guess i got to tho, thanks again
