I think we just passed our earliest sundown and will pick up our latest sunrise on the other side of the Winter Solstice. They'll average out to the shortest day of the year . . .

I live near the 49th parallel and it is dark and dreary and cold and dark and dreary and cold and . . .

It was. And a lesson about life. The end wasn't really a surprise for me though.

I'm sorry that I didn't post this youtube video quite right. The preview didn't show that it was going to appear as a video so I just found a graphic to click. Then, both of them show up!!

I will get the hang of the forums . . . or, try to, anyway.
